Honestly it is the first time I book this type of items for my kid birthday. I ordered the large Disney princess combo and wanted to be extra sure that it could be delivered to my kid's school on her birthday without any mistakes. I even highlighted how to enter the parking premises etc.
The booking was very easy and the value for the price was definitely better than so many competitors. They were very nice upon booking but also upon delivery. they made the process so smooth and easy. I highly recommend them!

I had the Magic Jump team come out for a large event in Pasadena, CA. I was very impressed with their timeliness and ability to share on all the needed information to run their inflatables. Our guests enjoyed using these very much! we will certainly work with this team again!
Great service, on time delivery and seamless, quiet pick up. We got a sports arena themed bounce house, it was great fun for the kids. Customer service was prompt, attentive, easy. I would definitely use them again. Availability seems good too, they have a high amount of inventory. I was able to reserve the week of my event, no hassle.
We had an absolute blast! The delivery/pick up was fast and clean. Our kids loved the bounce house and was perfect for our backyard birthday party. Plus the bounce house was much larger than we anticipated! We will definitely use them again.
Magic Jump Rentals was recommend to us by another company that didn’t have availability for the day. I’m very glad they did. The ordering process was very easy and they showed up right on time with the bounce house and picked it up same day. Will definitely use them again.
This company is highly professional and has great communication. Many times I called to change the order and they did all the way to as late as 2 days before my party. They didnt have the moon bounce I ordered since It came back damaged so they sent me a more expensive larger one for the same price. Highly recommend.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We got a text the night before the party saying there was a change on delivery time. Moon bounce was never delivered at change time and an hour later no delivery at original time. Finally got hold of someone after 30 mins of calling and 1 hour before my daughters party to find out the driver had gone to the wrong house and did not think to call anyone. Moon bounce was eventually delivered only because I called and called. and when I called to complain and get compensation I was told that I had made it all up and that they did nothing wrong. Delivery men were also extremely rude. Do not touch this company!!!!
